Maybe this is just a British preoccupation but we're an obsessive nation. Where else could you find a blog seriously dedicated to Sheds; and specifically working in sheds. I'm typing this little note from the comfort of my working shed, so I feel an empathy with their interest.
Our Guest Weekend Blog to highlight today is www.shedworking.co.uk with a really interesting take on working in sheds. This is probably good timing as more and more people consider flexible and home working either by choice or retrenchment.
But what a fascinating place! Here's a run down of the last couple week posts:
- Garden Buildings by James Gorst Architects
- How to be a more effective shedworker
- Recession and Flexible working
- The Church of Gardening
- Portable Heaters
- Schwimmhausboot
- Lindisfarne Castle Ticket Hut
- Bookshop in a greenhouse
- Submonitor and Seedpod
- Grass Roofs
- When is a shed not a shed
- Around the Shedworld
- Our small cabin ... ... ... and many more of interest.
Click here or the logo to visit; well worth the diversion.
Of course, I'm expect some laughter from English Guy. Even I thought I would never Blog about "working in a shed".
Am I getting old?
