I get comfortable with my mix of Nokia phones and then along comes a couple of really sexy black phone gadgets. These do look the business.
Above, the latest BlackberryPearl Flip Phone (the 8220) from RIM. Even without a QWERTY keyboard (do the French get an AZERTY) you still get wi-fi, video recording and in a flip-phone. This is a phone that will fit sensibly in a breast or trouser pocket compared (IMO) to the bulk of a full-size Blackberry or other comparable Nokia monster.
These phones have got to get smaller, but with bigger screens, if you see what I mean.
Below, the Blackberry Storm is the new 3.5" touchscreen with an on-screen "click" sensor replacing the job-wheel-click. This includes a motion sensor similar to the iPhone for screen-flipping.
