Behind Blue Eyes reckons, like me, that he's had plenty of those already! News that the Labour Govt. want to offer free-lunches to all School Pupils. Actually a very good idea. Kids given free-school-dinners avoid eating with mates because of the stigma of being on a hand-out. Or worse, they don't eat or even sell their ticket.
